Smoke reported in upstairs apartment on Route 414

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and EMS were dispatched to a reported structure fire with heavy smoke in an upstairs apartment near Route 414 in Franklin Township. Responding units reported what appeared to be an active fire in a wall and worked at the scene with power shut off.
