Loose donkeys blocking traffic on Center Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of two loose donkeys, one black and one spotted, walking north on Center Street near the 200 block of South Center in Monroe. The animals apparently went into the roadway and approached nearby homes, and the owner was not known.
