Rear-end crash blocks WA-203 at US-2 in Monroe

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a rear-end collision blocking WA-203 at US-2 near Monroe. One driver was transported to a hospital in Woodland and a tow truck removed a disabled vehicle. Lanes were later reported clear and reopened.
