As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a BOLO for a gray four-door car, possibly a Toyota, after a reported accident near a dollar store in Monroeville. A witness said the male driver went to the trunk and appeared to speak to someone inside before the vehicle headed westbound on Route 20.
