Wire fire and dispute with tree workers

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a location near Club Road in Montclair for a reported wire fire apparently started while a tree company was working on utility lines. After the fire, the person who reported it became involved in a verbal dispute with the tree workers.
