As discussed during the dispatch call, units advised of a verbal disturbance at a residence near Newcomb Ave. The reporting party said a female (name withheld) was at the door harassing her and trying to take a child the caller has guardianship of. The female was reportedly still on scene and associated with a silver Buick; weapons/drug use were unknown.
