Disabled vehicle slowing traffic on I-24 mountain

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and a trooper responded to a possible disabled vehicle on the mountain section of I-24 near mile marker 137, where the broken-down vehicle was delaying uphill traffic. They discussed moving the vehicle off the roadway to restore traffic flow.
