Word of a mailhead driving a black and red accurate that hit a parked vehicle. Now driving around in the area. I note 28. On our unit's information, CHV being advised of reckless vehicles, Eastbound, Valley Road and Boron the road, sort of a black Mercedes that's speeding in the area along with multiple other vehicles that are racing. There's no description hurt only for CHV.
