The x-ray appeared distress. not injured, but was running fast, ran across traffic lanes to the northbound side and again was lasting running towards Watsonville. The SDV made a U-turn and was following the X-ray, who was described as having long brown hair, light brown hair or blonde hair, wearing a gray tank top and dark sweat with possible markings or letters on the pants. The X-ray was running at a fast. pace and 27 F-4 was in the area so far no visual and NACOM and Monterey EF have been advised. No further, KDE 62208.
