RP advising that this occurred about two miles north of the summit. Suspect vehicle, they had it as a gray sedan plate of 7 zebra X-ray X-ray 399. The other driver threw cups of liquid at the RP vehicle, cut the RP off, was driving with their flashers on. RP stated they didn't know why they had done this and RP not requesting contact with the information. Monterey clear at 5025. Medicare 14 respond to a lift assist 710 Temperature Trail 10 not 1525.
