Negative loss of consciousness to complaint has got about a 3 to 4 inch laceration on the top of his head. Bleeding is controlled and he has some thoracic midline back pain and a little bit of numbness in his right arm, forearm. No other complaints. CSM impact on all extremities, GCS 15.
