Male not breathing receives CPR and Narcan in garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and ambulance responded to a medical emergency at a residence on North 4th Street, where a man reportedly collapsed on the garage floor and was not breathing. CPR was started and Narcan was administered at the scene.
