Traffic stop involving trailer on North Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near North Main Street involving a trailer with Texas registration. Dispatch attempted but was apparently unable to find the associated person’s date of birth. During the same radio traffic, units also reported a disabled semi truck blocking a northbound lane on a nearby highway after a blown tire and broken airline.
