Reckless group of cars passing on double yellow lines

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up that led to a report of multiple vehicles driving recklessly on US-191 southbound near the Canyonlands turnoff, including a white Ford and a black Mercedes with out-of-state plates. Units were advised to attempt to locate the vehicles, and the reporting party was willing to provide a statement.
