Possible car and bicycle crash on Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to the area of Main Street and Whittier Street in Montpelier for a possible collision involving a car and a bicyclist. It was not clear if anyone was on scene when units were toned out around 16:05.
