Smoke alarm and illness at Montrose apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS units were dispatched to an apartment on Cliff Street in Montrose for a smoke and carbon monoxide detector alarm. (number withheld) apparent patients reported dizziness, and one also had chest pain, with responders treating it as a possible carbon monoxide exposure.
