Debris and disabled SUV at West Grand intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers stopped a vehicle possibly involved in a crash near West Grand Avenue and Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale, New Jersey. Debris was reported in the intersection, and an officer moved it to the side of the road. A tow truck was requested for a Mitsubishi SUV.
