Patrol responds to minor car and banner contact

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported minor traffic incident involving a car and a roadside banner near an address on Route 11 in the Mooers Forks area. They were asked to speak with the driver of a white Toyota Camry.
