Caller reports taxi service claims girlfriend kidnapped

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near Daniel Peconic Court reports suspicious messages from a taxi service claiming to have kidnapped the caller’s girlfriend after picking her up from the Hamilton area. The taxi service is reportedly no longer responding.
