Man with low blood pressure wakes up seeing stars

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a medical request from a clinic near North Bighorn Drive in Moorcroft for a 53-year-old man who woke up seeing stars and had very low blood pressure. Local EMS was paged with no initial response, and another EMS unit on scene planned a possible rendezvous for transport.
