Traffic hazard: reported male jumping in front of vehicles on I-90 eastbound near MM 154 (Moorcroft area)

As discussed during the dispatch call, highway Patrol received a traffic hazard/complaint report of a male jumping in front of vehicles on I-90 eastbound near mile marker 154. Moorcroft PD later located the associated vehicle, but the male was not with the vehicle or on the interstate, and officers were searching the area.
