Reported fraud involving locked internet equipment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of possible fraud after a caller bought a Starlink internet system from a seller at a residence on South Seely Road, and the equipment appeared to be locked after setup. The caller was at her home on Red School Road in Kingsley while making the report.
