Two people flee to dead end after disturbance

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported that two people fled toward the dead end of Las Casitas Circle in Morada after an apparent interrupted incident. One person was described as wearing all black with a mask and a black backpack, while the second person was not clearly described. The caller and neighbors briefly looked for the individuals but they were not found.
