Why post anything at all if it's "unknown" what type of call is involved, such as a medical emergency, a family fight, or a dead body, when that could have been Easily determined by the Code assigned when dispatched to the call ; these codes are not secret nor known only to Emergency Services, but to the general public as well, so why not include them with the original information and if different upon arrival of the responding unit(s) then it can be changed accordingly. I've worked as a both a Police Officer and an EMT for numerous years at one time and have had to advise that what may have been reported to be one situation was Not what happened so it had to be redefined by an officer on the scene to clarify what was correct in order to alert any other units which were also responding to the scene if their Safety could be involved. Whether reported by an RSO dispatcher or a NEWS agency they should know these Codes when reporting an Emergency situation.
