Woman reports choking at Union and Second corner

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and officers responded to a possible domestic assault near the intersection of Union Street and 2nd Street. A female caller reported she had to remove a man from a house and that he was choking her before the call disconnected. The suspected man reportedly ran toward Fifth Street where his motorcycle might be parked, and the apparent victim, a woman in a (description withheld) and blue jean shorts, was seen walking in the area between Union and Federal streets as officers searched for both the suspect and the motorcycle.
