Couple returns to vacant home and removes sign

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near Truman Street in Moro where a man and woman reportedly returned after being ordered to leave, tore down a no-occupancy sign, and went back inside. A neighbor apparently reported the incident.
