Caller reports numerous shell casings found in roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of hundreds of shell casings in the roadway near East Street and Wyandot-Marion Road, just north of Morral. The caller believed the casings may be from suspected gunshots heard the previous night.
