Unresponsive woman breathing in Morrilton apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported medical emergency at an apartment in the Marl Terrace complex in Morrilton. A neighbor reported a middle-aged woman was unresponsive but breathing. Units including Rescue 9 and Engine 1 were dispatched and arrived on scene.
