As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to a report of an elderly woman found on the ground at a restaurant in Morris. She was described as conscious, breathing, talking, and apparently very intoxicated. A vehicle at the scene was reportedly blocking the roadway and was being moved.
