Suspicious vehicle in apartment parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Cedar Street, where a caller reported an unknown man sitting in a black Chevy Tahoe and taking something from the trunk.
