Person reported waving handgun from vehicle near South Third Street in Mound City

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported a male repeatedly driving by near South Third Street in Mound City and waving a gun, telling people to go inside. The caller line went open/unresponsive and no vehicle description was obtained. A unit later advised the person was reported with a black handgun in his waistband and possibly on a bicycle heading toward Urbandale.
