Rear-end crash blocks turn lane near Dutch Bros

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible rear end collision with property damage was reported near American Legion Boulevard by Dutch Bros in Mountain Home. The reporting driver said she was rear ended, and there are no reported injuries but the left turn lane is blocked.
