Report of possible downed power line at dog park

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to an apparent unknown incident near the dog park at Shoreline Park in Mountain View after a report of a possible downed power line. The original response near North Shoreline Boulevard was adjusted, and another engine was dispatched to a nearby location while one unit was canceled.
