As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Mountain View responded to a report of a silver Toyota Prius that apparently crashed through a fence near the Caltrain tracks by Central Expressway and Thompson Avenue. The vehicle stopped near a high-voltage rail area, and officers set up a perimeter to search for the suspected driver.
