Reported neighbor disturbance with thrown bottles and edged-weapon threat

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an open-line call from a woman reporting a disturbance near Mauna Kea Dr: neighbors were allegedly throwing glass bottles at her and her children, and a male (name withheld) was reported in the front yard. One transmission also reports a male in an orange shirt armed with a knife and a pipe threatening the caller and her children.
