Downed utility lines close roads near recycling center

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to downed utility lines across the roadway near the recycling center. They temporarily blocked traffic at the intersections of Centennial Avenue with Elm Street and Jefferson Street until the scene was cleared.
