As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible reckless driver on westbound Highway 4 near Apple Blossom. A blue Chevrolet Trailblazer was reportedly traveling about 30 miles per hour from the Arnold area, drifting out of its lane and backing up traffic.
