Officer checks parked car off highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer responded to a vehicle off the road near the (number withheld) block of State Highway 80 by Muscoda. The officer reportedly woke the driver and stayed in the area to make sure they did not drive back onto the roadway around nearby livestock.
