Psych patient at restaurant leaves scene near ocean

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a psychiatric patient was reported near North Kings Highway. The patient was initially unclothed but later seen wearing shorts and possibly heading toward the ocean. Police were en route to check the area.
