Two-car crash with injuries at Seaboard and Oak Forest

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a motor vehicle accident with reported injuries involving two vehicles with moderate damage in the intersection near Seaboard Street and Oak Forest Lane in Myrtle Beach. Rescue 1 was dispatched and assumed C4 command while investigating the incident.
