Female rescued from river near Canal Park in Nanticoke

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible water rescue near Canal Park by the river. A woman who had been in the water was brought to shore by an elderly man. She appeared to need medical care, and boat and rescue units were recalled once she was safe on land.
