Reports of screams near homes on Hopkins Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 911 caller reported hearing children screaming and an adult male voice, with someone yelling "kill me," possibly coming from one of the first few houses on Hopkins Street near Fairview Street. Units checked the area and later advised it was code four/cleared.
