Woman self-inflicts mild head injury, taken to hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female adult may have struck her own head several times near 2400 E 4th St and was transported to Paradise Valley Hospital. She denied loss of consciousness and suicidal thoughts but reported mild head pain and some homicidal thoughts. Vitals were stable and no treatment beyond comfort positioning was provided.
