Under the overpass up there, there's a car versus tractor-trailer. The tractor-trailer did not stop, got off the highway. The operator went into an office building there. The complainant is in a black Suburban parked under the overpass at the location.

people are incredible I had a carrying school children car merging on to rt 8 opposite direction instead falling back little so car in left lane can continue going even though could of moved over they nailed the breaks and stopped almost caused 5 car crash. this afternoon roadmaster paving truck pulled out infront me and 4 other cars behind me then just stopped taking up both lanes on hill around corner and screaming at me to go sorry I wont fit and cant see around corner on hill, we all waited a bit decided to go on grass around him and car behind me followed they almost got hit head on. I pulled to side in case they did get hit. I knew the truck wouldn't do anything and didn't want them to have the blame put on them for anything. its a literal nightmare drivering anymore. The people who are in wrong are yelling out the window and giving you finger because they can't drive
