Traffic stop and plate check near Ross Field Center

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a traffic stop near Ross Field Center in Neelyville and requested a vehicle registration check on an Arkansas license plate. The plate reportedly was not on file, and dispatch was asked to try the plate through another system or location.
