Report of birds left in cages on porch

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible animal welfare concern at a residence near 5th Avenue in Neffs after a caller reported birds left in cages on a porch for several days without food or water. The responding unit later reported that the birds appeared to be okay.
