Pickup truck dropping trash on US-41 in Negaunee

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Negaunee Township responded to a report of a black pickup truck near the Etna building with trash blowing out of the truck bed. The plate was checked, and the registered owner appeared to have a prior misdemeanor hit-and-run entry, but officers were advised there would be no pickup on that count.
