Unauthorized tire fire near barn in Negaunee

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and township fire crews responded to a reported unauthorized burn near Old 480 Road, where an individual was possibly burning tires about 40 yards off the roadway. The fire was visible from the road, and units were requested to help extinguish it near nearby cross streets including Jarvi Road, West Cherry Road, Quarry Road, and West Harvey Road.
