As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Nemo Road in Nemo, South Dakota for a possible medical emergency involving an adult woman with chest pain who was initially unresponsive but breathing. Med 8 and other units were en route, and personnel discussed launching an air medical transport.
