Man unresponsive at highway location receives CPR

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders from Neosho Fire and Hartford EMS assisted a 55-year-old man who was found unresponsive on State Highway 67 near Adams Road. CPR was in progress when crews arrived, and Narcan was administered at the scene.
